I have 2 children. Can they be in a lesson together?

This is possible if they are of similar age and have similar swimming skills. However, we cannot guarantee this due to multiple logistical reasons. (e.g. Numbers of students per teacher).

Can I be in the water with my child during a lesson?

No, unfortunately we do not currently offer parent-child lessons. Only students & teachers can be in the pool.

Can I watch my child swimming?

Yes! Parents are welcome to sit around the pool to watch their child during their lesson.

Are all teachers DBS certified?

Yes! All our teachers are DBS checked and we regularly update this.

My child missed some lessons, can I have a refund for these sessions?

No, we do not offer refunds for any missed session. Unless lessons are cancelled on our behalf.

How do I change the date and time of my lessons?

Changing fixed classes is always free, but dependant on availability. We will be happy to adjust the schedule for you. We can also help you with this over the phone or via email.

How old do children/I need to be to learn to swim?

We start teaching children from the age of 3 years old. There is no upper age limit.

What should we bring with us?

  • It is essential to bring a swimming costume and a towel to every session.
  • Due to the school’s health and safety rules, we require that all students wear a swimming cap. (These can also be purchased at the front desk)
  • If you or your child require goggles, please bring them with you. (These can also be purchased at the front desk)
  • Feel free to bring body wash/shampoo if you would like to use our showers after the lessons.
